Delivery Information

UK Delivery
All items are sent by Royal Mail, First Class and will be carefully wrapped to protect contents.

International Delivery
At present we are not shipping outside of the UK, but will be introducing this service early in 2008.

Delivery Schedule
The vast majority of items we feature are held in stock, we aim to despatch these within 1-2 business days. Some items are ordered direct from the manufacturer with anywhere between 2 and 14 days delay depending upon stock situation - these items will always be highlighted as such on the site.

If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet it.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, you can back order it. You will always have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to wait.

Privacy Policy
We promise to respect your privacy. Please be assured that we will never pass on your details to third party organisations and that your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence.

Returns and Refund policy
We hope you will be delighted with your Journal Craft products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will refund the cost of your purchase, provided that the items have not been used and are still in their original condition and wrapping. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt that you would like to apply for a refund. Please follow the steps below.
  1. Contact us on 0845 838 1843 - between the hours of 9.30am and 5pm (GMT)


  2. Package the items carefully (preferably in their original packaging, ensuring you have crossed out the original delivery details). Be sure to enclose the original packing note, or alternatively your full name, address and email.

  4. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting, or insure it for the value of the packing note. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive back with us, or are damaged in transit.


  5. Upon receipt, we will check that items have not been used and are in their original wrapping, we will refund the cost of your goods
Damaged Items
If your products are damaged on arrival, please contact us on 0845 838 1843 within 3 days of receipt.
