CHECKOUT PROBLEMS?
A small number of clients have reported problems during the checkout/payment stage.
This can be due to a number of reasons, such as overly keen mandatory payment gateway requests for information that often seem irrelevant e.g. your telephone number, variations in browser type and version number, operating system etc.
In such cases, we can help! Please either email us OR call us on 0845 838 1843 (local call rate) with your order details and we will send you a PayPal invoice, which you can then pay in the usual way. Your transaction will still be totally secure, with industry standard 128-bit encryption, and we will also send an order confirmation to you via email.
