Payment, Delivery & Returns
Payment

We currently accept payment via PayPal or cheque.  It is not necessary to have a PayPal account - you can use your Credit or Debit card.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque please contact us on 0845 838 1843, inform us of what you would like to order and we will provide you with a price.  As soon as your cheque is cleared we will dispatch your items.

UK Delivery
We have a flat rate fee for posting within the UK - all items are sent by Royal Mail, 1st Class
We obtain proof of posting when dispatching items.

Please note that we are unable to compensate you for loss or damage in the postal system unless the following option is selected -

Recorded /Signed for - this costs £0.75 in addition to the postal cost and offers compensation up to £41.00.  If you require compensation above this amount please contact us by email, for a quote.

Why is my delivery charge showing as £9,999.00? This means that your items weigh over 2kg. Please do not proceed with the order until contacting us by email, as we will need to investigate the most cost effective means of sending your items to you - it may be cheaper for us to send your items by courier rather than by the standard mail service. Simply let us know what it is you would like to order and we will get back to you with a price.

International Delivery

International delivery is charged by weight and is sent by Royal Mail Airmail services.  All delivery charges are clearly shown in your shopping basket as soon as you select the Delivery Method.

Please note that we are unable to compensate you for loss or damage in the postal system unless  the following option is selected -

Signed for - this costs £4.25 in addition to the postal cost and offers compensation up to £39.00. If you require compensation above this amount please contact us by email, for a quote.

Delivery Schedule
The vast majority of items we feature are held in stock, we aim to despatch these within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Some items are ordered direct from the manufacturer with anywhere between 2 and 14 days delay depending upon stock situation - these items will always be highlighted as such on the site. If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet it.

If any items are out of stock we will inform you before dispatching the remaining part of your order. The missing items will be dispatched separately at our expense when they return in stock. If you prefer not to wait, contact us and we will cancel the remaining part of the order.

Back Order requests
If an item you require is not in stock please email us, and we will be able to advise you when it will be available for purchase.

Returns and Refund policy

We hope you will be delighted with your Journal Craft products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will refund the cost of your purchase, provided that the items have not been used and are still in their original condition and wrapping. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt that you would like to apply for a refund.

Please follow the steps below.

Contact us on 0845 838 1843 - between the hours of 9.30am and 5pm (GMT) to inform us that you would like to return your items.

Package the items carefully (preferably in their original packaging, ensuring you have crossed out the original delivery details). Be sure to enclose the original packing note, or alternatively your full name, address and email, and state clearly the reason for returning the goods

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting, or insure it for the value of the packing note. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive back with us, or are damaged in transit. Upon receipt, we will check that items have not been used and are in their original wrapping, and will refund the cost of your goods

Damaged Items

If your products are damaged on arrival, please contact us on 0845 838 1843 within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange to either send out replacement items or a refund.
